💡 Drag on the image to draw a clickable button/hotspot, then set its link below. You can add several.
A secondary link button (e.g. "Learn more"). For Poll / Rating / Capture Contact the Submit button is the main action — the CTA is just an extra link, usually not needed.
The button opens the RSVP steps right inside this popup — no link needed.
On external sites/GHL, clicking the button opens the HighLevel form first; after they submit, it reveals the link (e.g. the YouTube live). Submissions are counted as conversions automatically. Inside the staff/partner portals the button goes straight to the link.
🕓 In your timezone: …. After this time the form is skipped and the button goes straight to the link (e.g. once the live has started, send people right to the replay). Leave blank to always gate.
For YouTube announcements, the Opt-in closes date below controls when the form stops showing — no separate gate-expiry needed.
The announcement changes itself by date — its title, button and link all swap per phase. Opt-in closes at the time below (optional); the event goes live between start & end; after that it becomes the replay. Set an "Announcement title for this phase" under each stage (e.g. Upcoming → Live → Replay); leave blank to keep the main title. The whole campaign still ends at its Expiration date.
🕓 All times below are in your timezone: …
① Opt-in — “Save your spot”
② Opt-in closed — “Starting soon” (after opt-in closes, before live)
③ Happening now — “Watch live” 🔴 (shows a LIVE badge)
📺 While live, the YouTube video plays right inside the announcement pop-up; the button below still links out to YouTube for anyone who prefers to watch there.
④ After — “Watch the replay”
🎟️ RSVP setup
The partner enters their Partner ID → we fetch their contact → they answer your questions (our own form, mapped to HighLevel custom fields) → we upsert their HighLevel contact, set those fields, and apply your tag. This runs INSIDE the popup — no separate page, no HighLevel-side workflow/webhook to set up.
Questions
Tick the fields to ask. Email & phone are auto-filled from the partner. Each field maps straight to the HighLevel custom field of the same name — that mapping is the entire setup, nothing to configure in HighLevel itself. Pick a type (dropdown/checkbox show an Options box — comma-separated, must match HighLevel's exact values). We try to pre-fill that box from HighLevel automatically, but not every field type reports its options the same way, so always check/edit the Options box yourself before saving — that's the reliable way to guarantee it matches.
Pick a sub-account above to load its custom fields.
🏆 Prime49 setup
Three paths, all run INSIDE the popup: Path A — an existing partner checks Prime49 eligibility by Partner ID. Path B — a prospect applies to become a partner via a survey you build. Path C — a merchant sees a static support message. Click a path below to expand its settings.

Conversion tracking (Path A — existing partner)
Separate from Path B's — a HighLevel Workflow calls these URLs with the contact id when this path's calendar/form is booked/filled. Set up as separate HighLevel Workflows on Path A's own calendar/form (Trigger → Webhook action). These URLs are ready to paste in as-is — save the campaign once first if it's brand new.

Survey questions
Any question can be turned into a qualifying question — dropdown/checkbox: pick which options count as a PASS; number: set a qualifying min/max range; text/textarea: list keywords that count as a PASS. Leave a question's qualifying settings blank to keep it informational only (no effect on pass/fail).
Qualifying logic
HOW SHOULD PATH B APPLICATIONS BE QUALIFIED? (pick one — this does not affect Path A, existing partners are never assessed)
Option 1 — Rule-based (default)
Path B only. Gemini reads the applicant's answers against your criteria below, decides qualify/decline, and — when qualified — ranks the pool you configure best-fit first. Each rep's calendar is then checked for open slots in the next 2 weeks, in ranking order, and the first one who's actually available gets assigned. The HighLevel contact is created and assigned to that rep before the applicant ever books; if everyone ranked turns out to be fully booked, no rep is assigned and the campaign's default booking calendar/form is used instead.

Booking
If AI assessment above assigns a rep, that rep's own calendar is shown instead of this. This calendar/form is used when AI assessment is off, or if no rep ends up assigned.
Conversion tracking (Path B — prospective)
Most reliable way to know they actually booked/filled the form — a HighLevel Workflow calls these URLs with the contact id, matched against the contact we already created. Separate from Path A's — set both up as separate HighLevel Workflows (Trigger → Webhook action). These URLs are ready to paste in as-is — save the campaign once first if it's brand new.

Follow-up
If a qualified applicant hasn't booked a call or filled the form within this window, apply a tag and/or enroll them in a workflow — a nudge to follow up manually or via automation. Checked every 5 minutes.
Texts the opener message(s) below when they haven't converted by the wait time above. If they reply, AI takes over the conversation — deciding whether to keep chatting or hand them the booking link — up to the reply cap, then it just sends the link and stops. Requires the "Customer Replied" webhook below to be wired up in HighLevel, or replies just sit unanswered.
Inbound reply webhook
In HighLevel, create a Workflow: Trigger = "Customer Replied" → Webhook action → this URL. Shares the same secret as conversion tracking above.
Save this campaign once to generate this webhook URL.
Path C — I am a merchant
Purely informational — no lookup, no survey. Clicking this path just shows the message below.
NPS asks how likely someone is to recommend you — only meaningful for existing partners/customers, not unknown website visitors.
Best for unknown website visitors (lead gen).
Choose a sub-account to load its tags.
The form's own fields, tags & automations run in HighLevel. Submissions go straight into that sub-account.
Event Hero details (uses the Message Text above as the body, and the Graphic as the right-side photo)
Presets — one click, then tweak
Applies to the partner audience only — staff always see staff/both campaigns.
After a user closes it (X), it comes back this many minutes later. Ignored once they permanently dismiss / take the action.
insightsConversion tracking (GoHighLevel)
Count a GHL form submission and/or appointment as this campaign's conversion. Shown in Stats.
Couldn't read this sub-account with the configured GHL key. If this is a different sub-account, paste a Private Integration token created inside it (GHL → that sub-account → Settings → Private Integrations) with Contacts / Forms / Calendars scopes. (Your main sub-account already uses the key from Secret Dungeon → API Manager.)
Fires for portal clicks (partner/lead) — which otherwise never reach HighLevel — and for embed clicks where we know the visitor's email. On click we upsert the person in the sub-account, apply any tags, and enroll them in the workflow.
Version A = everything above. Fill only the Version B fields you want to differ — blanks fall back to A.
