How it works: pick a partner segment (e.g. "has a Prime49 ID") and a HighLevel tag. This portal tags every matching partner's HL contact (and, if enabled, removes the tag from partners who no longer match). Then in HighLevel → Contacts, create a Smart List filtered by that tag — it stays current automatically. Syncs also run on a schedule.
